In this full body 45 minute high intensity class, participants will use kettlebells, TRX, rowers, airdyne bikes, and body weight exercises to burn anywhere from 300-800 calories. By keeping the classes small our instructors are able to focus on each client thus ensuring they’re doing the exercises correctly and getting the most out of their own workout!
